Charges
Minimum size of stalls – 3m frontage – maximum depth 3m
- Charities / Voluntary Organisations - £35 per 3m
- Commercial Businesses - £65 per 3m
- Street Food Caterers Only - no Trailers
£100 per 3m - by arrangement with stall co-ordinator
(no confectionery to be sold on hot food units)
NO – Vapes/ Vape Liquid/ B.B. Guns/B.B. Type guns/Chinese Lanterns to be sold at this event
Please avoid Plastic Packaging wherever possible, especially Single Use Plastic
PLEASE TAKE ANY LITTER WITH YOU AND MAKE SURE YOU CLEAN UP YOUR SITE
- Public Liability Insurance must be sent with each booking form
- Gas certificates/Electrical certificates and risk assessment, if applicable, must also be sent at the time of booking
- Any electrical cables to be covered with appropriate safety matting
- The organisers may keep your contact details for future reference
There is no closing date on this application but preference will be given for trading positions to those traders who book before end of February.
Pitches not occupied by 8 a.m. on event day will be re-let. No refunds will be given.

Are you an entertainer?
We pride ourselves on providing a diverse and exciting range of performances to entertain the crowds and we are interested in a range of acts.
- We are looking for expressions of interest from schools and children's groups who would like to perform at Trevithick Day.
- We are particularly looking for children's entertainers interested in performing for the many families who visit Trevithick Day.
- We are also keen to hear from groups and acts who have performed in previous years as well as new performers.
