Ride here in style using the Park and Ride facility
Cornwall Bus Preservation Society are providing some of their fantastic vintage buses so you can ride in style and reduce the carbon footprint of those travelling in by car.
The P&R will start operating from the car park sited behind the Fibre Hub and Cornwall College buildings at east Camborne/Pool.

Individuals and families can park for the whole day and experience a nostalgic ride into the centre of the town by vintage bus, all for just £5 per standard family car and £10 for minibuses.
The car park opens at 8.00 am and the first bus will leave at 09:00.
The last bus returning to the car park is at 5.30pm.
Clear signage will be set out from the slip roads off the A30 pointing towards the main entrance.
There is an accessible portaloo at the park and ride carpark.
How the Park and Ride works
Please note that cash is preferred, and we appreciate the correct change of £5 to keep entrance smooth and efficient.
Due to the very nature of the buses being vintage, best efforts will be made to support less able visitors, but the buses will not have the same standards as modern buses. Push chairs and wheel chairs will need to be folded down once onboard the buses.
Buses run approximately every 20 minutes and stop on Wesley Street (near Tesco), at the top of Trelowarren Street.

Train, bus and car
Train and bus
If you're coming from further away, we recommend using the regular train and bus services. They will be running as normal to Camborne station, and Camborne bus depotin the heart of town. See Transport for Cornwall to plan your journey.
Cycle or walk
We encourage locals to cycle or walk into Camborne, if they can. There are places to secure bicycles at various locations in town, including Tescos, and the railway station.
Car
If you are coming by car, we advise you to take special note of the road closures. Most of the car parks in town are within the road closure zone, or occupied by the Fair, and other things. The local roads fill up fast, and we ask you to please be respectful of local residents when attempting to park, do not block drives and access, and be aware of yellow line restrictions.
Disabled access
Unfortunately we are unable to provide any specific parking facilities for disabled drivers, or passengers, as Rosewarne car park is used for the fair. You may be able to find on-street parking locally, but see the note above regarding the difficulties of that.
It may be possible for you to drop off a person with limited mobility near to the edge of the road closure area, and the go and park the car further away. Camborne Tescos sometimes offers parking, for a small charge, and may have blue badge spaces free.
